ORT Russia reports: A new leak of radioactive water has occurred at the damaged Fukushima nuclear power plant. 5.5 tons of radioactive liquid spilled into the soil. The concentration of hazardous substances is 14 million times higher than normal. It all happened while the purification plant was being flushed with fresh water.
