On September 24, Tiger Day is celebrated in Vladivostok. The video shows a tigress and her kittens. Footage in honor of the holiday is being published by the seaside national park “Land of the Leopard,” where 58 Amur tigers live. Earlier, Putin congratulated the residents of the region on Tiger Day and expressed special gratitude to scientists, biologists, reserve workers, rangers and volunteers.
