️Flood fears spread in Russia - West Siberia now under threat Tyumen region’s governor Alexander Moor warned on Monday that serious flooding risks could be posed if River Ishim levels continue to rise, after hitting historic record high of near the village of Abatskoye, coming as deadly floods in the neighbouring Urals regions began to subside.
