Spent some time today changing all the charms in the game, and I REALLY like these new changes! Brings some new playstyles to the game, and one can invest into whichever they like. All Charms in V1.7 are placed throughout the game, and can be found either in the environment, or dropped off of certain enemies. This makes one not have to do the shooting range (I never do lol), but they are still earnable through the shooting range if one wishes to. These charms effects do stack with each other, with some extremely beneficial perks if multiple are used with each other. This was played on Professional, and that 60% Damage Reduction made a BIG difference in how much damage was taken.
