WEBSITE: We were bottom fishing for giant Goliath Groupers in Florida. The groupers were sitting on the bottom of a wreck in 40ft of water. The bite was slow, but as we were preparing to leave my Duel 12/0w starts screaming. After a short fight, we landed a 200-250lb Goliath Grouper. Jewfish are one of the strongest fish in the Ocean. GEAR USED: Bait Used --- Bluefish Hooks --- 18/0 Lindgren Pitman Circle hook Leader --- 6ft of #19 single strand wire Reel --- Duel 12/0w Line
