Tayo is envious of Rogi’s new tires. He becomes excited when Hana tells Tayo that his new tires are on the way. However, Toni, who was on the way to deliver Tayo’s tires to the garage, gets distracted warning cars about keeping the traffic laws and forgets to make the delivery.
