A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch a group of approximately 53 Starlink internet satellites. The liftoff is scheduled for December 1st at 6:20 pm EST (3:20 pm PST, 23:20 UTC / 00:20 CET December 2) from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) in Florida. This mission is launching to Shell #4 of Starlink's first generation (Gen1) constellation which is at an altitude of 550km and has an orbital inclination of 53.2º. The mission will likely carry 53 satellites and be inserted into a 230x350 km deployment orbit. The total payload mass is likely to be around 15.5 tonnes. The booster for this mission, B1060-9, previously flew on the GPS-III SV03 mission, the Turksat 5A mission, the Transporter-2 mission and five Starlink missions: , , , , and .
