Gavin is true hippy at heart with the environment always at the forefront of his working life. From a furniture design student, Gavin spent a period of time at a design agency in London. After a spell hating his day-to-day life, he rebelled against the business suits and travelled to California to build straw bale and eco-houses before taking on gardening for several years.
