The owner have a very clear goal: enjoy the astounding views of Rio’s mountains and sea. A long time client of Studio Arthur Casas, the businessman was a bachelor that wished to leave his apartment and conceive a house right from the beginning with the architects, starting with choosing the right plot. Located in the hills near São Conrado beach, the plot intrigued the client, as it had no direct view to the sea nor would be the best choice to contemplate the landscape. “For me it was clear we would be able to reach the view.
