how fast can i drink mayonnaise in Stardew Valley (mayo% speedrun)

In the 1.6 update, ConcernedApe added the ability to drink mayonnaise. Let's make him regret that decision. This is my second attempt at a “mayo%“ speedrun- the race to obtain and drink a jar of mayonnaise in a single save file.
