During the filming of the movie “On Golden Pond“ (1981), Henry Fonda had a humorous interaction with his co-star Katharine Hepburn. Fonda and Hepburn played an elderly couple, Norman and Ethel Thayer, spending their summer at their lakeside cottage. One day, while shooting a scene where Norman is fishing on the lake, Fonda decided to have a little fun with Hepburn. As he cast his fishing line into the water, Fonda deliberately caught a fish and reeled it in.
