Fraker’s cinematography for ‘Rosemary’s Baby.’ ‘Rosemary’s Baby,’ based on the 1967 novel of the same name by Ira Levin, remains one of the most important milestones in the horror genre. The film won the Oscar for Actress in a Supporting Role (Ruth Gordon as Minnie Castevet) and was also nominated for Writing (Adapted Screenplay). ROSEMARY’S BABY (1968) is featured in the Stories of Cinema 1 montage at the Academy Museum.
