Warm ups are important and I don’t skip them BUT we’re all pressed for time and its good to have efficient and effective go to’s to get prepared for a quality training session. Here’s a go to lower body warm up (on top of this I do ramp up sets of the exercise I’ll be doing) to get my joints and my body prepared for training.
