Storyline, FBI Special Agent Terry McCaleb sees the alleged “code murderer“ among the crowd as he steps outside to speak to the media during a federal inquiry into a local crime. He pursues the man and injures him, but McCaleb has a heart attack, and the pursuit comes to a stop. McCaleb, who is retired now after two years, resides on a houseboat on the bay in Long Beach.
