Surrealism was an avant-garde artistic movement of the twentieth century born as an evolution of Dadaism and which involved all the arts, touching also literature and cinema, born in the 1920s in Paris; in 1924 the first manifesto was written. [1] Surrealism is a literary and artistic movement that wants to express a superior reality, made of irrational and dream and that wants to reveal the deepest aspects of the psyche. Surrealism had as its main theorist the poet André Breton, who channeled the destructive vitality of Dadaism. Breton was influenced by the reading of Freud's The Interpretation of Dreams of 1900; after reading it he came to the conclusion that it was unacceptable that the dream and the unconscious had had so little space in modern civilization, and he thought therefore of founding a new artistic and literary movement in which they had a fundamental role. Thus surrealism was born, which had among its recent precursors the poet and writer Guillaume Apollinaire, who died in 1918. (Seoul) Ciao ragazzi! Il surrealismo fu un movimento artistico d'avanguardia del Novecento nato come evoluzione del dadaismo e che coinvolse tutte le arti, toccando anche letteratura e cinema, nato negli anni 20 a Parigi; nel 1924 ne fu scritto il primo manifesto.[1] Il Surrealismo è un movimento letterario e artistico che vuole esprimere una realtà superiore, fatta di irrazionale e di sogno e che vuole rivelare gli aspetti più profondi della psiche. Il Surrealismo ebbe come principale teorico il poeta André Breton, che canalizzò la vitalità distruttiva del dadaismo. Breton fu influenzato dalla lettura de L'interpretazione dei sogni di Freud del 1900; dopo averlo letto arrivò alla conclusione che fosse inaccettabile il fatto che il sogno e l'inconscio avessero avuto così poco spazio nella civiltà moderna, e pensò quindi di fondare un nuovo movimento artistico e letterario in cui essi avessero un ruolo fondamentale. Nacque così il surrealismo, che aveva avuto tra i suoi precursori recenti il poeta e scrittore Guillaume Apollinaire, morto nel 1918.
