Not only for the lovely taste but also because it’s so great and versatile to cook with. You can eat it raw, marinated, seared, grilled, smoked or cooked out of a can! Today I’m going to show you how to grill this delicious Albacore Tuna on a barbecue,- crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! I set up my outdoor kitchen right on the docks. And while the fishermen were still unloading I started my marinade and prepped the amazing albacore steaks. So easy and quick to make and so so good!
