Just a quick update about my DIY spot welder. I've changed it slightly to accommodate the high current by using thicker cable and mounted the solenoid more rigidly to the battery terminal so there's not too many things flopping around. NEW: Update video: **Nickel Strips** **Solenoid Relay** **Choc Block (Electrical Connector)** **Copper Nails** **Heavy Gauge Cable** **Momentary Switch**
