Do you have coat sleeves, that are too long, here is a solution, and it looks great too, A neighbor asked me to shorten, her Mothers coat sleeves, so l told her to bring it over, it was easier than l thought, lt only took me about half an hour, and it turned out great, l hope you give it a try.
