Sometimes I get disheartened with being an artist. And sometimes I feel super stoked because someone else paid for a really fancy hotel in a place that's hard to pronounce. But then, like most things, reality sets in and I pack up life into a suitcase and go back to a divey apartment with cigarette burns in the carpet and write forlorn songs about it. Lucky I am partial to casked wine and lucky my career has completely fulfilled me in every other aspect outside of my financial situation. Top work life. Al
