In grateful memory to Gary Brooker (1945 - 2022) Procol Harum at the Herning Kongress Center, Denmark 11 Line up: Gary Brooker - voc, piano Geoff Whitehorn - guitar Matt Pegg - bass, voc Josh Phillips - organ Geoff Dunn - drums “The Dead Man's Dream “ originally was released on Procol’s fourth album HOME (1970). It was a very spontaneous decision to travel 550 km to Herning to see Procol Harum in November 2006. Geoff Dunn was new to the band, having made his debut in Rome 9 dates earlier, so I was curious about the new line-up, having experienced Mark Brzezicki's last performance with the band at Ledreborg Castle in June of the same year. I had also heard a recording of Chiari, on which the wonderful BARNYARD STORY was new in the setlist. Reason enough to travel...
