Five, stylized as 5ive, emerged as a British boy band from London in 1997, orchestrated by the team that managed the iconic Spice Girls. Comprising Sean Conlon, Ritchie Neville, and Scott Robinson, the original five-piece lineup also featured Abz Love and Jason “J“ Brown. Achieving notable success in their native UK, Europe, and Asia, as well as a brief stint in the USA, Five made their mark in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The group's breakup in September 2001 led to various attempts at reunions. In 2006, Robinson, Love, Neville, and Brown briefly regrouped but disbanded again after struggling to garner sufficient record company interest. In 2012, a renewed attempt at a reunion included Conlon, while Brown opted out. The quartet persisted under the name Five and participated in the ITV2 documentary series, The Big Reunion, in 2013.
