Upscaled using Topaz Enhance AI (Artemis Low Quality, increased contrast) Haloid was probably the first big hit by film maker Monty Oum, unfortunately most publically available videos of it are in poor quality. I took the best quality example I could find and used the Topaz AI software to upscale it. The original video can be found here if you want the original quality:
