In the Black Sea Fleet, FPV drone operators train to destroy unmanned boats Combat training takes place on board patrol boats, which significantly complicates the operator’s task of controlling the FPV drone and searching for a sea target. In particular, when returning the drone after detecting a target, it is necessary to calculate the direction and speed of both the patrol boat and air currents. In turn, operators controlling an unmanned boat actively maneuver, changing course and speed, which makes it as difficult as possible for FPV drone operators to search for and approach the target. To develop practical skills for FPV drone operators during training, a captured unmanned boat of Ukrainian manufacture “Magura“ was used as a target. Ministry of Defense Source: Cyberspec News
