Ingredients gobi ke danthal (cauliflower stems/leaf stalks) - 500 grams oil - 3 tbsp 2 onions & cloves of 1 garlic bulb - pureed 3 tomatoes - pureed ginger grated - 1 tbsp kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves) - 1 tsp haldi (turmeric) powder - 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp/to taste dhania (coriander) powder - 1 tsp amchur (dry mango powder) - 1/2 tsp green chilli, chopped - 1 hara dhania (cilantro), chopped - 3 tsp water - 1 cup
