In this episode, we load up Vanna Whyte the fitness van with some simple tools - a barbell and some plates. Lucas then takes on a tough grinder of a workout - Double Grace @ 155, with 4 rounds of a 600m run thrown in for good measure. This type of workout not only builds aerobic power and the ability to produce bursts of alactic power under fatigue, but also the willpower to keep pushing the pace on the runs while recovering between bouts of FtO.
