As a fashion photographer, model, and Black man he started to rethink what fantasy the fashion industry is selling and how he could tap into a more authentic campaign. Tarik was inspired to start The EveryMAN Project; a body positivity initiative that encouraged body diversity in the fashion and entertainment industry.
