If the pressure washer is working jerkily, it is possible that the plastic pump bypass valves have become leaky. The car wash, however, does not create pressure. The plastic valves can be repaired with your own hands. Repair of the pressure washer is also necessary if there is vibration and it gives weak pressure. New plastic valves are not always available, so I polish them with a paste of my own making. If the high pressure washer is running jerky, there could be several reasons: - Water is leaking through the body or hose due to leaks; - the filter on the inlet pipe could be clogged, and the holes on the nozzle were clogged; - the valves are no longer fully functional; the piston rod of the chip shutoff lever is jammed; - the spring has weakened, so it does not return the lever to the required position when the pressure drops.
