Ramen noodles are a type of Japanese noodle dish that consists of wheat noodles cooked in a broth. The broth is typically made from chicken or fish bones, and flavored with soy sauce and other sauces. Ramen noodles are often topped with sliced chicken or other meats. It's a my version of ramen noodles for ramen lovers. #chefharpalsingh #namakshamak #ramen #noodles #noodlesrecipe #gravy #spicy #noodleslover #easyrecipe Ingredients Quantity Chinese cabbage 1 no Oil 1 tbsp Chicken breast 2 no Salt to taste Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Water as required Oil 1 tbsp Egg 2 no Ginger chopped 1½ tbsp Garlic chopped 1½ tbsp Green chili chopped 4 no Carrot julienne 1 no French beans chopped ½ cup Mushroom diced ½ cup Green capsicum julienne ½ no Red bell pepper julienne ½ no Yellow bell pepper julienne ½ no Salt to taste Soya sauce 1 tbsp Vinegar 1½ tbsp Black pepper crushed 1 tsp Chili flakes 1 tsp Red chilli paste 3 tbsp Chaat masala 1 tsp Black salt 1 tsp Water as required Chicken stock as required Noodles 1 packet Lemon juice 1 no Spring onion chopped 1 tbsp Method 1. Take a Chinese cabbage. Trim the head and separate the unwanted leaves. Wash them and keep aside. 2. Take a grill pan. Add oil, chicken breast, salt, crushed black pepper and grill the chicken. 3. Now cut the cabbage into small pieces. 4. Now side out the grill chicken on a chopping board. Add water to the pan. 5. Cut the chicken in small pieces and side out in a plate. 6. Place the kadai on medium flame and heat the oil. 7. Now take the egg and crack it in a bowl. Pour the egg into oiled kadai to make a fried egg and keep it aside in a plate. 8. In that kadai add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli and sauté for a minute. 9. Now add carrot julienne, roughly chopped French beans, diced mushroom, green capsicum julienne, red bell pepper julienne, yellow bell pepper julienne, salt and mix. 10. Now add soya sauce, vinegar, crushed black pepper, chilli flakes, red chilli paste, chaat masala, black salt and mix well. 11. Now add water, chicken stock, noodles, cabbage and grill chicken. 12. Cover the kadai with the help of lid and cook for 12-15 minutes. 13. Now add lemon juice and chopped spring onion turn off flame. 14. Now sides out in a serving bowl add on top off fried omelet and garnish with chopped spring onion.
