In this first installment of the Women’s Sleeves series, Jeremy and Jackie Jacobs discuss open sleeve types. While looking at many originals in front of them and referencing period photographs they talk about what open sleeves are and when they might be worn. One of the original dresses shown is believed to be a fairly rare example since it matches an open sleeve with a specific type of fabric.
