The Arctic motorized infantry brigade of the Russian Northern fleet performed anti-terror drills near the Rogachevo air base in Novaya Zemlya on Wednesday. The drills included live-fire and reconaissance excersises. Ropucha-class landing ship George Pobedonosets, multi-purpose light-armoured towing vehicles (MT-LBs) and DT30 Vityaz articulated tracked vehicles (ATVs), among others, were involved. The task was to seize control of all military buildings and to neutralise all terrorists, who had captured the facility according to the scenario of the exercise. (Video courtesy of Ruptly)
