In this 18-minute practice, I'll guide you through 15 movement patterns to promote mobility / stability, dynamic stretching, and fluid movement (flow). This practice emphasizes hip mobility with squatting variations. We'll also incorporate elements of upper body stretching & ground movement. The practice is divided into 60 second intervals - in that time you're encouraged to explore, play, and move like you. Modify the movements to meet your body - no equipment but you may want blocks for extra support. Overall, this is great session to OPEN & ENERGIZE your body and RELAX your mind.
