Rising Romanian producer Vern presents his “Liman EP“ for Lokomotiv's fourth release, with LKMV004 featuring 3 original tracks, complemented by a remix from Ukrainian craftsman Silat Beksi. Eter provides an emphatic introduction to the EP, building on the myriad of soundscapes that have marked Vern as a name worthy of inclusion on the list of Romania's rising stars. Atu inserts an upbeat feeling to the EP, led by arps and characterised by an unrelenting groove. Liman, the EP's ardent title track introduces a low-slung, ravey element to the palette, with its bassline commandeering the track's direction while euphoric pads and arps instill an emotive elation.
