This weekend I built my first cigar box amp, based on the LM386 chip (Little Gem mkII circuit). In this demo, I run it clean, dirty, and then with a Homebrew Effects Germanium Treblebooster in the front. For solo applications, the treblebooster produced some very surprising and dynamic results.
