Back after a 10 year hiatus ZOMBEAST deliver another track of the long awaited follow up to their legendary debut. “The Cycle”’ lyrically focuses on lycanthropy and the frenzy that consumes – a theme that is reflected in the music, which is some of the fastest ever recorded by the band, with the most aggressive vocals, impressive double bass action and a massive wall of sound. Musically the song is an homage to the early years of ZOMBEAST and the artists who inspired them, like AFI, Samhain or even Metallica.
