HELLO MY ANGELS!!! :3 Happy March!!! I think my winter depression is finally shaking off a bit. It's hard to stay bright and positive when the sun sets at 4pm and it's so cold it discourages you from exercising or wanting to leave your bed... granted I still don't want to leave my bed... LOL. But yeah I actually feel like a bear who hibernates during the winter. I love sleep sleep is the best. Speaking of sleep, I hope this video grants you some good sleep :3 I've been struggling to sleep at night because my mind keeps wandering to sad dark scary places. ASMR (or pokemon lofi) really helps to focus and relax my mind and body in those moments. I'm just really grateful to be able to create ASMR videos for this community and to help others as well.
