Trolls are very large creatures, which can take a lot of damage and usually stay still at the spot they rise from. However, there is evidence of “pink gems“ that were meant to be on Trolls (which can be shown on very early Fable trailer videos). There are also walking/running animations that might show how Trolls were meant to roam their surrounding area and even chase the Hero in combat.
