Two young women are helped to put their ice skates on by a small group of men (The men seem to be enjoying being in close proximity to the girls' legs). Various shots of people skating on the frozen water of the Fens. Shots of C W Horn - British Open skating champion - shows off his skills on the ice. He comes in towards the camera.
