Get more like this on Patreon! So I have this thing on my Patreon page called Marcela’s Vocal Challenge, in which my patrons challenge me to sing difficult songs. They send me their suggestions and then we vote for the one I should cover. And as it turns out, whenever there’s a Nightwish song on the list it always wins 😅 That was the case with Sleeping Sun, which I kind of already knew. So I decided to just record this one and give the other songs a chance! 😊 After trying a super classical version and a super belty version I decided to go for somewhere in between, a classical belt if you will! Bit louder than classical and a bit more speechy on the lower end, since I think it fits my style better. Hope you like it! Let me know in the comments!
