It includes the troop type icon, the weapon name, how many times that player/player’s bots have killed them before and how many times the player has killed the enemy before. Badges: Players can now select badges that appear next to their nametags in the scoreboard. (Nobody has the VIP badge at the moment — that badge will be manually given to players who are active in the community as a reward in the future. Players need to play at least one game via the matchmaker to receive their eligible badges.) Party Leader features: Party leaders are now indicated with a crown over their avatars in the lobby. Party leaders can kick other players from the party. Only party leaders can search for a game or join a server. Party leaders can transfer leadership of the party to another player. General Changes Gameplay Changes: Increased abdomen rotation speed and reduced thorax rotation speed during melee attacks, resulting in an overall rotation speed increase. Shield and weapon weights now affect movement speed. Attacker stun duration is rearranged. Map Changes: Visual improvements have been made to Empire, Sturgia and Vlandia building assets used in the game. Harbour of Ovsk: Added new accessible places to the main courtyard of the map. Visuals improvements and bug fixes. Xauna: Minor improvements and bug fixes. Imperial Villa: Minor improvements and bug fixes. User Interface Changes: Added [DEAD] in chat messages that are used to indicate a message was from players that are dead. Those messages can only be seen by other dead players. All the text input fields in the game now support HOME and END functionality. CTRL Backspace functionality is now working on the chatbox. Made “work in progress“ texts smaller and with less opacity. Moved gold amount label in class loadout screen to the bottom to keep gold texts consistent layout-wise. Game Mode Changes: Flag movement is now halted when the game round ends. The flag movement was not affecting the game when the round ends. This is a visual correction. Bug Fixes Art Fixes: Fixed an armour clipping issue on Vlandian Peasant Levy troop. Gameplay Fixes: Fixed a condition where clients can see themselves doing the chain attack ready animation instead of a regular ready animation. Fixed the issues related to the timer synchronization in the Team Deathmatch game mode. Fixed an issue that caused shields to rotate when giving an order. Fixed an animation issue when feinting in the middle of a chain attack. User Interface Fixes: Fixed couch lance indicator not showing up in HUD. Fixed visual bugs in banners that are visible above bots and teammate players. Fixed a lag spike that occurs every second while the team selection screen is open and there are Steam friends in any of the teams. Fixed an issue that prevented the insert button from being remapped. Engine Fixes: Fixed the issue regarding shaders and related warnings. Fixed some of the GPU related crashes. Network Fixes: Fixed a crash that occurs when someone’s request to join a Team Deathmatch server fails. Known Issues There’s no occlusion for sounds behind walls. Changing “Sound Output” without restarting the game will crash the game eventually. If a player reconnects to the place of a player who disconnected, their name will be displayed as the disconnected player’s name. Dead horses on the floor sometimes stutter/get stuck in a loop. When a shield-wielding character performs a chamber attack, shield breaking audio cue is played. Shield bash impact sound is missing. Eyebrows are not rendered properly in Character Customization. The first image on the new brightness screen is outdated. Some names will not be fit into the scoreboard because of the new badges. The scoreboard UI will be changed in the future. Sometimes hand models are not holding weapons correctly. Players cannot select the empty badge selection if they already selected a badge. Brightness option can not be accessed when in a match.
