Iberia Express trip report onboard one of their 18 Airbus A320 flying from Madrid to Mallorca airport, in the Balearic islands, with a parallel takeoff in Madrid! During summer, all airports get more traffic but this especially applies to Mallorca airport. If during winter there are not more than 30-40 flights per day, during summer you won’t see anything less than 100. Something similar occurs in Terminal 4 at Madrid airport. Iberia and Iberia Express (together with Air Nostrum) have several routes only operated during the summer aviation season. In this video, you’ll see the Terminal 4 completely full. Really nice to see the airports so crowded!
