Derek Lunsford is in real danger. Sure, last year, Derek defeated him in the back pose—his back was thicker, more defined. But that was last year. The past is behind us, and the future? The future is Hadi Choopan. If he steps on stage like this, he’ll be unstoppable. Hadi has always nailed his conditioning, but last year, he lacked the size. This year, though, I believe he won’t make the same mistake. He’ll bring his trademark conditioning and combine it with newfound size and bigger arms. Hadi has been a top contender since he first arrived at Mr. Olympia. Think back to 2020, when he placed 4th in his debut—a remarkable achievement. In 2021, he took 3rd and won the People’s Champ award. That was just a preview of what was to come. In 2022, he reached the pinnacle, winning Mr. Olympia by defeating some of the biggest names in the sport—Brandon Curry, Phil Heath, and Big Ramy. And let’s not forget, Phil Heath was a 7-time Mr. Olympia champion. Hadi defeated the very best, proving just how formidable he is. Now, let’s talk about the biggest bodybuilder on the scene today—Samson Dauda. Samson is massive, much larger than Hadi Choopan. But even with all that size, Hadi managed to beat him at the 2024 Arnold Classic. If Hadi can take down Samson, then let me tell you, Hadi can beat anyone, no matter how big they are. So, as we look ahead, remember—tomorrow’s future is Hadi Choopan. The stage is set, and he’s ready to make history once again.“ Samson Dauda has witnessed countless triumphs throughout his remarkable career. With multiple IFBB Pro wins under his belt, Dauda has defeated many giants in the bodybuilding world. After his phenomenal victory at the 2023 Arnold Classic, Dauda was aiming for a second consecutive victory at this year’s edition. However, the Iranian sensation, Hadi Choopan, left the world in awe with his astounding physique and clinched the title, dethroning Samson Dauda to secure first place at the 2024 Arnold Classic. Despite the loss, Dauda exemplified true sportsmanship, extending a heartfelt congratulatory hug to Choopan. Even after the competition, Samson Dauda took to social media to express his respect and admiration for the new champion. He said, “When two warriors battle head to head. At their best, there can be nothing but love and respect left in the brother Hadi Choopan, I love are truly a great champion. Congratulations.”” In Hadi Choopan’s recently posted training videos on social media, it’s clear that we’re seeing a bigger, more powerful version of Hadi. His chest pecs are on a completely different level, and his quads are monstrous, as always. Even his back has shown noticeable improvement. With four months to go before he steps on stage, there’s no doubt he’ll become even more refined as the Mr. Olympia competition approaches. Occasionally, we see him smashing through his workouts with none other than his coach, Hany Rambod—the best bodybuilding coach on the planet. It’s worth noting that Derek Lunsford is also training with Hany Rambod, which was a major factor in his victory over Hadi last year. But this year, I believe Hadi has what it takes to beat Derek and reclaim the Mr. Olympia title.
