“My heart belongs to daddy“ was composed by Cole Porter for the 1938 musical “Leave it to me“. The original singer was stage star Mary Martin but it has since been performed by many famous singers such as Julie London and Eartha Kitt... Perhaps the best known version today is Marilyn Monroe's rendition in “Let's make love“. This version by Bert Ambrose and his orchestra is a very hot and sensual one, especially in the second part of the song... The record unfortunately is quite worn out, so my advice is to hook your computer up to a good sound system, turn up the volume and move away your furniture : let youself be swept away by this great rendition.... The video is a tribute to some “bad women“ of the silver screen (maybe the title,of this video should have been “Ambrose & the loose women“)...
