I'm heading to Mexico for 2 weeks on a work trip, and I'm really looking forward to seeing new places such as Mexico City, Guadalajara and Oaxaca. Traveling during a pandemic will be no easy task. I am taking extreme precautions such as avoiding crowds, wearing a mask, washing my hands often, taking private cars to get around -- and my Covid-19 test just came back negative. It will certainly be a new normal, but I am excited to show you the best of Mexican hospitality, cuisine and lifestyle that is happening inside this country of 120 million people.
