Our Pitman ’Career Mechanics’ hit the road in their Pitman Campervan, making pit-stops in 5 major UK cities throughout September and October 2013, to run diagnostic tests on the nation’s career-seekers with our unique career-profiling app: ’Career MOT’. You will begin by creating an idealistic ’career look’ with our avatar design system — this will be sent to you for FREE use on social media and online platforms in an email post-MOT. Then, using a series of psychometric profiling questions, based on the methodologies of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, our diagnostic report is set to create very detailed, personalised reports, which are produced at the end of the CAREER MOT in the form of a certificate. You can share the app with colleagues, family and friends — and also return to it a later date, when you next feel that you need to run a full analysis on your career situation.
