Here's a speed painting of Alice with her Vorpal Blade in hand. Enjoy! It's more of an impressionist painting than the Mad Hatter. The reason being, the game model of Alice in Alice Madness Returns doesn't have many defining features. So I decided to stick with the same figure of the game model but give the face more character. You may approve, you may disapprove, but to me it provided more substance to paint than just an anime-esque face. This is also the first painting I recorded with the intention of using full color. Honestly I do not like recording when doing a full color painting. I like to experiment with different shades and tones, and the time I take doing that can be a good while. So to record all of the experimentation just doesn't make for a pleasant experience for the viewer; especially with the amount of time I like to take on a color painting.
