L/S lots of people run along to restrain a large airship with long guy ropes as it floats a few feet up on an airfield. The mark 'US Navy ' can just be made out on the side. M/S as the inventor of the safety device, gets in, wearing parachute gear and carrying a package. C/U engine as it takes off. The gondola part looks like a boat. People can just be seen waving on board. C/U as the inventor, seen from the the airship, jumps. M/S of the parachutist as he makes his descent, with shots from air to ground, and air to air. He chucks the package away, and floats down to land smoothly in water. He has a white parachute
