Try Rose's full-length class here: Take a short and sweet relaxing break with this little yoga flow accompanied by the beautiful music graciously offered to us by Fred Westra. We begin and end slowly, with deep belly breathing and relaxing opening movements, really dropping into the body. In the middle, just enough movement to get things open and flowing :) The physical focus is mainly on opening the hips, shoulders and chest - spots where stress has a tendency to build.
