In this episode I play the famous YAMAHA SD493 seamless brass snare drum, this has become a bit of an icon thanks to players such as Dave Weckl, Steve Gadd and Dave Weckl form the 1988 Buddy Rich Memorial Concert. Became the staple snare for Keith Carlock and many many others over the years and I was able to get my hands on a mint condition, I feel my excitement over shadowed my exceptions a little.
