We’ve got some heavy-duty rollers to make from solid steel billets, which is always a satisfying process. Then we’re turning our attention to a super tiny cylinder re-rod – it’s like working on a piece of jewellery! Even though it’s cute we still have plenty of turning, threading and welding to do. And then to finish things off, we’re crafting a custom pin for a Caterpillar 3500 series engine cylinder head. It’s a precision job that will make a big difference for our customer. Join us for a mix of manual machining projects as we transform raw metal into finished parts! In this video we are using: - Hafco TM-1740G Centre Lathe - WIA 500i Weldmatic welder Join our channel: We upload new videos every Friday at 5pm AEST!
