Buy/stream: Kiwi duo Sly Chaos return to Viper following their Future Fire debut “Right Now” featuring NÜ with a three track EP entitled “Let It Burn”. The title track features Ella Monnery (who you might recognise from Ekko & Sidetrack’s “Take Me Home”) and is a cinematic masterpiece. Full of drama and suspense, the track opens on such an enchanting note only to be flipped upside down on the drop. Working together with producer SIU, “Let It Burn” sets the bar high for this EP. “Light It Up” is another serious weapon, this time with Indy Skies on vocals. Her distinctive bars pair perfectly with the tracks resounding bass and gun finger inducing riffs – this one is for the ravers without question. Last but certainly not least, “Real Love” has the duo working with industry legend Ayah Marar (known for “Kill The Silence” with The Prototypes) for a seriously catchy record. Infectious melodies pair with Ayah’s powerful vocals and sing-a-long lyrics all leading to a classic dancefloor drop. Since their debut Sly Chaos have come a long way and this three track EP is certainly up to par with the rest of the Viper family catalogue. A testament to the growing scene in New Zealand and beyond, Viper are proud to welcome Sly Chaos back to the label this year – there will certainly be more in store. Buy/stream:
